With the upcoming election for Grand Chancellor of Veridion fast approaching, tensions between the candidates have reached a boiling point. Don, the enigmatic and influential underworld figure, has positioned himself as a stabilizing force, promising to restore order to the city.
In a statement released earlier today, Don emphasized his ties to Veridion’s corporate leadership:
“I have the connections and the resources to bring this city back from the brink. Chaos ends with me.”
Meanwhile, Robert Kilpatrick, the revolutionary leader of the Resistance, has rallied a growing base of disillusioned citizens who demand transparency and freedom from corporate control.
“The people of Veridion deserve to live free—not under the thumb of Nexarch’s puppets,” Kilpatrick declared during a recent broadcast.
