Matt Coleman – The Cyber-Lycan

Background:
Once a brilliant systems engineer working on illegal consciousness replication, Matt Coleman went off-grid after a mysterious blackout event near the ChronoNet Core. Rumors say he uploaded part of his neural code into a closed-loop biohacking system meant to simulate adaptive evolution. The result: a digitally augmented strain of lycanthropy that mutates in sync with Veridion’s network pulses.

He now wanders between the cracks in reality—his transformations triggered not by the moon, but by data surges, signal spikes, and timeline shifts.

Abilities:

Phase-Shift Lycan Form: Transforms into a cybernetic werewolf form during signal storms or temporal distortions.

Adaptive Code Blood: His blood contains evolving nanocode, giving him healing, resistance, and viral interfacing powers.

Digital Roar: Emits a concussive shockwave tuned to crash surveillance drones and short-circuit augmented enemies.

Net-Stalker Instincts: Tracks people across the Net like prey, following traces of emotional or digital data.

Personality:

Torn between instinct and intellect. Matt is calm, soft-spoken… until he’s not. When triggered, he becomes a one-wolf wrecking crew, struggling to hold onto his humanity.

Visual Cues:

Dark jacket with reactive armor plating, glowing scars that light up along his spine and arms. His eyes glitch with raw code. Wolf-like features pulse beneath the surface even when he’s human—elongated canines, heightened senses, and a growl barely kept in check.

Catchphrase:

“I’m not a monster. I’m just the upgrade no one asked for.”
